What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and progressing residential lettings transactions

• Liaising with landlords and tenants

• Conducting property viewings

• Matching applicants to suitable properties

• Negotiating terms and securing lets

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the process

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Confident telephone manner and well presented

• Self-motivated and ambitious

• Local knowledge of Chertsey/Addlestone area (preferred)

• Full driving licence and own car (essential)
