Prestige Property Consultant required for Woking based estate agency specialising in higher-value prime real estate. The role involves working with discerning clients, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional property buying and selling experience.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Prestige Property Consultant to join an independent estate agency in Woking, specialising in higher-value homes and premium client service.

This role involves working with buyers and sellers in the upper end of the local property market, delivering a highly professional and personal service throughout the sales process. The successful candidate will enjoy building relationships with clients, conducting viewings of high-quality homes and supporting negotiations through to completion.

You will work as part of a knowledgeable and highly experienced team and gain exposure to all aspects of residential property sales within the prestige sector. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying buyers looking for higher-value homes
• Arranging and conducting property viewings of premium properties
• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating offers between parties to achieve successful outcomes
• Supporting the sales process from offer through to completion
• Keeping buyers and vendors fully informed throughout transactions
• Providing a high level of personalised customer service
• Generating leads for property valuations and related services
• Representing the agency professionally when dealing with clients

• Previous experience in estate agency sales or a client-facing sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident manner when dealing with high-value clients
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working within a target-focused environment
• Smart, professional presentation
• Genuine interest in residential property
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
