SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Walthamstow, E17

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Experienced Sales Negotiator required for busy Walthamstow based estate agency. Responsible for generating sales, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and delivering excellent service while supporting the growth of the branch sales business.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Walthamstow. This role would suit someone with estate agency experience who enjoys working in a busy sales environment and delivering a high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of residential property sales including arranging viewings, negotiating offers and building strong relationships with buyers and vendors. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Generating new business opportunities
• Providing feedback to vendors following viewings
• Supporting the sales team in progressing deals
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• At least 12 months previous experience in estate agency sales preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic approach with a positive attitude
• Organised, motivated and able to work as part of a team
• Confident, well presented and professional manner
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a busy, target-focused environment
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car
