You’ll be working in a busy and competitive South West London market, developing strong relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling applicant enquiries and arranging property viewings
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Negotiating offers and securing lets
• Progressing deals from instruction to move-in
• Staying up to date with local lettings market trends
• Consistently delivering excellent customer service 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Proven negotiation and sales skills
• Outstanding customer service ability
• Confident telephone manner and professional approach
• Smart, articulate, and well-presented
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Knowledge of Wimbledon and South West London advantageous
• Ambitious, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
