Experienced Lettings Negotiator required for busy Maida Hill estate agency: responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating offers and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in Maida Hill.

This full-time position is ideal for a proactive property professional with residential lettings experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in securing new instructions, progressing tenancies and ensuring clients receive an outstanding level of service throughout the entire lettings process. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants, landlords and tenants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
• Generating new business opportunities and booking valuations
• Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
• Progressing tenancies from offer through to move-in
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Meeting and exceeding individual and office targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, articulate and professional presentation
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
• Target-focused with a strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
