Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

WANTED! Lettings Negotiator required in the Isleworth area to manage applicant registrations, conduct viewings, negotiate tenancies and progress deals to move-in, delivering strong service while achieving office targets in a competitive local market.

An independent estate agency in Isleworth is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a busy office.

This is a hands-on role focused on viewings, deal negotiation and tenancy progression within an active local rental market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register tenants and match applicants to suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and secure offers
• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Progress lets from offer agreed to move-in
• Liaise with landlords, referencing providers and contractors
• Provide regular feedback to landlords
• Maintain accurate records on CRM (Loop)
• Work towards agreed lettings targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Residential Lettings experience
• Proven ability to negotiate and agree tenancies
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, proactive and customer-focused
• Knowledge of West London market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
