Worth Recruiting is working with a well-established, highly regarded independent estate and lettings agency with multiple offices across Surrey and South London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an energetic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving Morden branch.

The ideal candidate will be determined, enthusiastic, and confident, with the ability to build strong relationships quickly. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the branch’s continued success. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering new applicants and matching them to available properties

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants

• Negotiating tenancy terms and closing lettings deals

• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the rental process

• Supporting the branch team in achieving targets and business growth

• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company policies

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Strong communication and customer service ability

• Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated

• Confident telephone manner with a positive attitude

• Knowledge of Morden and surrounding areas (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)

• A thorough, professional approach to estate agency and lettings
