An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator (with some previous experience) to join a modern, forward-thinking independent estate agency based in Redhill. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a passion for property, and a drive to achieve results in a supportive, fast-paced team environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing new lettings from instruction to move-in.
• Generating new business opportunities and property instructions.
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations between landlords and tenants.
• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Working to meet personal and branch targets.
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with lettings regulations. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in lettings or estate agency.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident telephone manner and presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to targets.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Knowledge of the Redhill/Reigate area (preferred).
