Our client is keen to find an experienced local Lettings Negotiator. They area leading independent estate agency in the Kentish Town area who deliver exceptional customer service a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment while helping grow market share. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Let residential properties and manage enquiries

• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Work collaboratively to grow lettings market share

• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Represent the company professionally at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong customer service focus and telephone manner

• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the local area advantageous

• Full UK driving licence essential; own vehicle preferred

• Professional approach to estate agency and lettings
