Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Experienced Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator wanted in the Tunbridge Wells area: to generate new business, secure instructions, conduct viewings and progress tenancies while delivering exceptional customer service.

An independent and highly regarded Estate Agency in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lettings professional looking to build market share, increase instructions and maximise income through strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

• Conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

• Generating new landlord leads and winning instructions

• Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships

• Advising landlords on pricing, legislation and market conditions

• Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in

• Liaising with referencing providers and coordinating documentation

• Working to and exceeding lettings targets

• Keeping CRM systems fully updated

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience essential

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Confident, articulate and professional communication style

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability

• Target-focused with a proactive approach

• Well-presented and highly motivated

• Good local knowledge of Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence essential

• Professional and ethical approach to Estate Agency
