A successful independent Sales and Lettings Agency in South East London is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in New Cross.

You’ll bring proven lettings experience, strong business generation skills, and a proactive approach to winning new instructions.

This role suits an ambitious negotiator who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys delivering outstanding results for clients.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generate and win new lettings instructions.

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Manage listings, valuations, and tenancy progression.

• Provide accurate advice and guidance on market conditions and rental values.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional standards.

• Contribute to overall branch performance and team success.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings essential.

• Listing and valuation experience desirable.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service ability.

• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated.

• Knowledge of New Cross / Forest Hill area advantageous.

• Full UK driving licence required.

• Professional, target-driven, and eager to progress in property.
