An opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a modern financial services company in the Epsom area dealing with high quality leads and local homebuyers.

The role offers a consistent flow of referred business through local estate agency partners, allowing you to focus on advising clients and completing transactions efficiently.

You will be required to provide regulated mortgage and protection advice to referred clients in Epsom, managing hot leads, progressing applications, and building long-term relationships within a busy estate agency-linked financial services environment team structure.

The ideal candidate will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified and currently have Competent Adviser Status. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Providing whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Managing and converting a steady supply of warm client leads
• Conducting client appointments face-to-face and by telephone
• Assessing client circumstances and recommending suitable products
• Progressing mortgage and protection applications through to completion
• Cross-selling protection products where appropriate
• Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous or current experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor or Mortgage Broker
• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
• Strong technical knowledge of the mortgage marketplace
• Proven track record in mortgage advice and completions
• Experience in cross-selling protection products
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Professional and presentable approach
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Background in the property sector advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
