An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused Property Inspection Manager to join a leading lettings agency based in Reading. You’ll be fully responsible for managing and carrying out quarterly property inspections across a managed portfolio, ensuring high standards and smooth reporting.

A part-time option may be available for the right person, and two positions may be considered.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Planning and booking quarterly property inspections a month in advance
• Visiting properties and updating reports via inspection software
• Sending reports to landlords after visits
• Liaising with property managers regarding any issues spotted
• Organising property keys ahead of visits (from Reading-based office)
• Efficiently planning inspection routes across designated areas
• Using a company pool car when required 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using property software and reporting systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
• Familiarity with the Reading and surrounding areas is advantageous
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Driving licence required (pool car available)
