An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and respected independent estate agency based in Sherborne.

This role is ideal for a proactive, personable professional with a background in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating with contractors
• Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
• Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
• Supporting the wider lettings team as needed 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential Property Management
• ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Strong understanding of lettings processes and legislation
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Friendly, professional approach to customer service
• Great telephone manner and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
• Full UK driving licence essential
