What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
• Ensuring legal compliance and renewals are up to date
• Conducting inspections and preparing reports
• Managing relationships with tenants and landlords
• Handling disputes and resolving issues efficiently 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of lettings processes and legislation
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication
• Organised, able to manage workload and prioritise
• Calm under pressure and confident problem-solver
• Full UK driving licence
• Familiarity with Ashford and surrounding areas is helpful
