We are working with a highly regarded Estate & Lettings Agency in the New Forest, seeking a capable and experienced Property Manager to take charge of maintenance and emergency response matters.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing all aspects of property maintenance and repairs
• Responding effectively to tenant emergencies
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring properties meet safety and legal compliance standards
• Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Accurately managing property records and systems 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination and emergency handling
• In-depth understanding of the lettings process
• Highly organised and detail-focused
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of the New Forest area preferred
