Our client, a successful and respected local independent estate and letting agency, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their busy office in Ashtead.

This is a full-service property management role involving all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage tenancies from move-in to check-out

• Handle maintenance issues and property inspections

• Conduct mid-term property visits and arrange repairs

• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation

• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants

• Liaise with contractors and suppliers

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential property management experience is essential

• Solid understanding of lettings procedures and legislation

• ARLA qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong telephone manner and administrative skills

• Highly organized with good time management

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
