What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the management of a portfolio of residential properties
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Assisting with maintenance coordination and property inspections
• Learning to ensure compliance with lettings regulations
• Helping to deliver excellent customer service
• Working as part of a busy and supportive team 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Some experience in lettings or property management (preferred)
• Keen to learn and develop within the industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• A professional and friendly telephone manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
