Part time position supporting the management of a varied property portfolio. Ideal for an experienced, organised Property Manager with strong communication skills and sound knowledge of tenancy processes and property legislation.

An established and forward-thinking property company in Woodford Green are seeking a Part Time Property Manager to assist with the management of their commercial and residential property portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service, handling tenancy matters, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors. 

What You'll Be Doing / Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the management of a mixed property portfolio
• Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating terms
• Serving Section 21 and Section 8 Notices
• Managing tenancy deposits and compliance
• Coordinating maintenance issues and contractor communication
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and relevant third parties
• Ensuring smooth progression of all property management tasks
• Managing workload effectively and working to deadlines 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Property Management
• Strong understanding of property legislation and tenancy procedures
• Professional approach to customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Local area knowledge
• Full UK driving licence and own car
