Estate Agency Opportunity: Residential Sales Negotiator Wanted! Responsible for negotiating property sales, building client relationships, showing properties and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, competitive estate agency environment.

An independent estate agency in Lewisham is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join their residential sales team.

The role involves managing property sales, liaising with buyers and sellers, and supporting the agency’s growth by delivering first-class service. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, contributing to the agency’s market share and reputation for professionalism.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage and progress residential property sales from instruction to completion
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, buyers and vendors
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
• Negotiate offers and communicate progress effectively to all parties
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance
• Maintain accurate records and property information in the agency system
• Provide high-quality customer service at all times
• Promote the agency positively within the local market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential estate agent
• Proven sales ability with a target-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, confident and well-presented
• Positive attitude with high levels of motivation and ambition
• Knowledge of the Lewisham area is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive property sales environment
