PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED! Manage residential rental properties, support landlords and tenants, ensure legal compliance, resolve issues efficiently and deliver a high standard of service across a varied property portfolio.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join an independent Estate and Lettings Agency operating across South East London and North Kent. This role is based from the Lee office and focuses on day-to-day property management. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a residential property portfolio
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and resolving property-related issues
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Handling enquiries professionally while managing competing priorities 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management and tenancies
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation
• Strong organisational and workload prioritisation skills
• Ability to resolve problems calmly and effectively
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the local Kent or South East London area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Professional and responsible approach to property management
