Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Residential Property Manager required in the Slough area to oversee tenancies, coordinate maintenance, support landlords and tenants, manage compliance, and deliver consistent service across a busy lettings portfolio.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join an independent, forward-thinking estate and lettings agency operating across the Slough area.

This role involves managing a residential portfolio, coordinating repairs, supporting landlords and tenants, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property management operations. It will suit someone organised, personable and confident handling issues quickly and professionally. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Acting as main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
• Handling maintenance issues and resolving problems promptly
• Arranging property inspections and follow-up actions
• Managing compliance and safety certification records
• Progressing tenancy renewals and related documentation
• Liaising with lettings colleagues on tenancy matters
• Keeping accurate property and tenancy records
• Working to deadlines and service level targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Good understanding of lettings and management procedures
• Professional approach to customer service
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent telephone and communication manner
• Highly organised with good workload prioritisation
• Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
• Confident problem solver
• Good general IT skills
• Full UK driving licence required
