An exciting and pivotal senior opportunity in the Lettings industry with exciting prospects:

Wanted! An ARLA qualified Regional Lettings & Marketing Manager is required in the Plymouth area.

We are looking for an experienced Lettings professional to oversee multi-site lettings and marketing operations: manage teams, support property sales and lettings activity, and lead AST and student accommodation portfolios across regional developments.

The Regional Lettings & Marketing Manager will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for overseeing Lettings property operations across a mixed portfolio that includes new build AST’s, Student Accommodation (PBSA) and rented later-living developments.

The role combines regional lettings leadership with marketing oversight and sales support across multiple sites, including locations outside Plymouth.

You will work alongside operational and on-site management teams while contributing to project launches, project development, rent assessment, occupancy growth and marketing strategy. Local market knowledge and investment awareness will be important.

The candidate must be ARLA Propertymark qualified and have a significant grasp of up to date Lettings legislation. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Overseeing regional lettings and marketing activity across multiple sites

• Managing AST and student accommodation portfolios

• Supervising on-site lettings and sales teams

• Supporting marketing campaigns and launch strategies for new developments

• Working closely with operations and site managers

• Contributing to pricing, positioning and marketing approach

• Supporting holiday lodge and specialist property sales activity

• Building relationships with investors, developers and partners

• Monitoring performance and service delivery across sites

• Ensuring compliance and best practice in lettings processes

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• ARLA qualified (essential)

• Strong background in residential lettings and AST management

• Experience overseeing multi-site or regional property operations

• Knowledge of student accommodation helpful

• Marketing and property promotion experience

• Understanding of property investment and development environments

• Confident team supervisor and coordinator

• Local knowledge of the Plymouth market preferred

• Sales ability across specialist property types advantageous

• Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
