We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator in the Orpington area to guide clients through property sales, purchases, and lettings, delivering exceptional service while driving successful transactions in a fast-paced market.

Our client, a well-established estate agency, is seeking a proactive and personable Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their local team.

This dual-role position offers the opportunity to work across both sales and lettings, managing the full process from property marketing to successful deal closure. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Guide clients through sales, purchases, and lettings
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Create property listings and marketing materials
• Stay up to date on market trends and values
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Liaise with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors
• Keep accurate records of all transactions 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous estate agency experience in sales, lettings, or both (preferred)
• Strong administrative skills for managing client documentation efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interaction and negotiation
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple listings and appointments simultaneously
• Confident, proactive, and relationship-driven approach to business development
• Multilingual skills beneficial for engaging with a diverse client base
