A dynamic, market-leading independent property company is seeking an experienced and energetic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team in the vibrant Stratford, East London area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in residential lettings and/or sales looking to join a respected local brand with a strong reputation and client base. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling enquiries and arranging property viewings

• Negotiating and agreeing sales and rental deals

• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants

• Supporting the team in meeting and exceeding branch targets

• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process

• Promoting and maintaining the brand’s excellent reputation

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential lettings and/or sales

• Excellent communication and sales skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Confident telephone manner

• Well-presented, professional, and self-motivated

• Local knowledge of Stratford and East London advantageous

• Full UK driving licence required

• Positive attitude and team spirit
