Job Title: SALES BRANCH MANAGER – Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Branch Manager to lead their busy sales office in Haywards Heath.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record in estate agency, exceptional listing and instruction-winning skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the sales branch
• Driving property listings, valuations, and sales performance
• Managing and motivating a successful team to exceed targets
• Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent service standards
• Developing new business opportunities to grow market share
• Overseeing marketing initiatives and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies for improvement 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent listing and valuation skills
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Positive, professional, and self-motivated approach
• Confident telephone manner and persuasive negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Haywards Heath and surrounding area advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
