What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Driving property listings and winning new instructions
• Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team
• Supporting business growth and profitability
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Providing outstanding customer service and guidance
• Representing the agency in valuations across all price ranges 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Strong background in residential estate agency
• Proven listing/valuation experience
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Target-driven with a winning mindset
• High standard of customer service
• Professional, self-motivated, and well-presented
• Knowledge of the Eastbourne area advantageous
• Full UK driving license required
