What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiating lettings deals and managing the end-to-end process
• Generating and converting new business opportunities
• Registering applicants and booking viewings
• Conducting property viewings
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Achieving and exceeding targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales or lettings
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Confident, articulate, and well-presented
• Local knowledge of Maidenhead area preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
• Professional, self-motivated, and positive attitude
