Salary: OTE £35,000 per annum

An engaging and personable Sales Negotiator is required to manage enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the sales process while delivering high-quality service in the Tunbridge Wells area.
This role offers the chance to join a respected estate agency in Tunbridge Wells, where you will be central to the client experience from first enquiry through to completion.
You will deal with buyers and sellers, manage viewings, negotiate offers, and contribute to smooth, successful transactions. Confidence, strong communication skills, and previous estate agency experience are essential.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Responding promptly and professionally to calls, enquiries, and messages
- Following up on leads from portals and websites
- Registering buyers and sellers, arranging viewings and valuations
- Conducting viewings and delivering a warm, informative client experience
- Gathering and sharing viewing feedback with sellers
- Providing regular marketing updates, including pricing and strategy guidance
- Presenting and negotiating offers by phone and email
- Assisting with sales progression to support smooth transactions
- Handling administration such as memorandums of sale, display updates, and property details
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous estate agency experience
- Strong knowledge of Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas
- Confident communicator with a professional, friendly telephone manner
- Able to prioritise, multitask, and stay organised under pressure
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to keep developing
- Smart, professional appearance
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Full, clean UK driving licence and own car
- Positive attitude and a good sense of humour
