A Sales Negotiator is required to join an independent sales and lettings agency with strong knowledge of the local property market. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated and able to work with limited supervision. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about property, driven to achieve results, and looking to progress within the industry. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing buyer enquiries and conducting property viewings
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Liaising with vendors and purchasers throughout the sales process
• Negotiating offers to achieve successful sales
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Supporting the team with general office duties
• Working to targets and deadlines 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in a property sales environment
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude with a proactive, ‘can-do’ approach
• Well-organised, motivated and able to work under pressure
• Confident, presentable, and punctual
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Professional, articulate and a good team player
