Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is working with a successful independent estate agency in Farnham to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their residential sales team.

This role is suited to someone at an early stage in their estate agency career, or with some relevant sales or customer-facing experience, who is looking to learn, build confidence, and progress within residential property. The position offers exposure to all aspects of the sales process within a fast-paced branch environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Registering applicants and maintaining regular contact with buyers

• Supporting the sales progression process from offer through to completion

• Identifying and following up on new sales opportunities

• Promoting properties and services to applicants and vendors

• Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Interest in starting or developing a career in estate agency

• Some experience in sales, property, or a customer-facing role preferred

• Strong communication and telephone skills

• Well-presented with a professional approach

• Organised and able to work in a busy office environment

• Local knowledge of Farnham is beneficial but not essential

• Full UK driving licence
