An exciting opportunity for an experienced property Sales Negotiator to join a busy independent estate agency in the North Kensington area: generating business, negotiating sales, and delivering a high standard of client service.

This role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator looking to work within a busy estate agency environment in North Kensington.

You will be responsible for progressing sales, winning new business, and maintaining strong client relationships while working closely with a supportive team. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiating residential property sales from instruction to completion

• Generating new business and identifying sales opportunities

• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients

• Managing buyers and vendors throughout the sales process

• Working collaboratively to achieve branch and individual targets

• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)

• Listing experience preferred

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Proactive, organised, and team-focused approach

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• Knowledge of North Kensington and surrounding areas (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
