We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a friendly, independent property services company operating across the Bristol area. This role suits someone confident in sales and focused on delivering excellent customer service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion
• Closing deals efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing buyer enquiries and conducting viewings
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors throughout the sales process
• Identifying new business opportunities within the local market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential sales experience (essential)
• Proven sales and negotiation ability
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner with a positive attitude
• Ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated approach
• Knowledge of the Bristol property market (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
• Professional and ethical approach to estate agency
