This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual with experience in residential property to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and progressing property sales from instruction to completion
• Conducting viewings and following up with prospective buyers
• Generating new business and securing market appraisals
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Providing high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
• Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales
• Valuation/listing experience (Senior level)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate new business
• Customer-focused and target-driven
• Knowledge of the Hove market preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, well-presented, and confident
