Worth Recruiting are working with a highly respected independent estate agency to find an enthusiastic and skilled estate agency  Sales Negotiator for their busy office in Ebbsfleet, DA10.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further their career in residential property sales. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling residential property sales from start to finish.

• Registering buyers and conducting property viewings.

• Negotiating offers and closing deals.

• Liaising with all parties involved in the sales process to ensure a smooth transaction.

• Building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers.

• Working towards sales targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales is essential.

• Well-presented, articulate, and confident.

• Intelligent with strong common sense and commercial awareness.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Knowledge of the Ebbsfleet area is advantageous.

• A full UK driving licence is essential.
