Experienced Sales Negotiator required in Brighton to show local properties, manage residential property sales, negotiate offers, generate new business, and provide excellent customer service within a busy estate agency environment.

Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join an independent, multi-service property company based in Brighton.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential property sales who is confident negotiating deals and identifying opportunities to grow business levels within the local market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential property sales from enquiry through to completion
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Conducting property viewings and handling applicant enquiries
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing accurate advice on the local property market
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
• Supporting the wider team to achieve branch objectives 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well presented with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and commercially aware
• Good local knowledge of the Brighton area preferred
• Full UK driving licence required
