A talented and experienced Sales Negotiator is sought for the prime property market in the Cheam / Sutton area. This role offers the chance to work with high-value homes and discerning clients within a respected agency.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their Cheam branch, specialising in premium residential property.

This position is ideal for someone with the confidence and charisma to deal with high-net-worth clients, the drive to win new business, and the skill to handle the area’s most desirable homes. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating, developing, and converting new business opportunities
• Handling high-value property sales with professionalism and discretion
• Conducting viewings and negotiations with premium clients
• Delivering first-class customer service throughout the sales process
• Building lasting relationships with buyers and vendors
• Supporting the continued growth and success of a premium property brand 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property (essential)
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Articulate communicator with a confident, professional manner
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Local knowledge of Cheam, Sutton, and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• A polished, professional approach suited to the prime property sector
