Job Title: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A dynamic and professional Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator is required for a leading North London estate agency. An ideal role for someone with previous Estate Agency experience who is motivated, keen and ready to develop a career in a high-performing team environment.

The company are flexible and open to previous experience levels in estate agency and will adjust salary accordingly but will focus on excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Responding to inbound website and phone enquiries

• Generating and conducting property valuations/appraisals

• Maintaining professional standards and compliance at all times

• Registering clients and viewings on the Reapit database

• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers

• Managing the sales process from agreement to exchange

• Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers

• Continuously seeking ways to enhance service and performance

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• 2–3 years’ experience as an estate agent

• Strong drive, ambition, and target-focused mindset

• Proven experience in a fast-paced property sales environment

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Full clean UK driving licence

• Organised, professional, and well-presented

• Fluent in spoken and written English
