Job Title: SALES PROGRESSOR – Estate Agency

They are looking for a tenacious, accurate, and driven individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills, who can manage the sales progression process with efficiency and professionalism. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.

• Ensuring all parties in the chain are aware of timescales and requirements.

• Communicating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agencies.

• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.

• Managing sales progression from offer accepted through to completion.

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in Residential Property Sales Progression.

• Detailed knowledge of the property sales process.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

• Ability to build strong business relationships.

• Confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders.

• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

• Reside within easy reach of Southsea.
