An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market-leading independent Estate Agency in Stoneleigh, Surrey.

Our client is seeking a full-time Sales Progressor to manage an extensive property sales pipeline. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working two days per week from home.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Progress and manage residential sales from offer to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, vendors, purchasers, and estate agents
• Provide regular updates and manage expectations of all parties
• Resolve issues and overcome obstacles to keep transactions on track
• Maintain accurate records and meet critical deadlines
• Work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in sales progression is essential
• Background in estate agency or conveyancing preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
