What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiating residential property sales from instruction to completion

• Supporting applicants and vendors throughout the sales process

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering first-class customer service

• Contributing to and hitting sales targets

• (For Senior level) Involvement in valuations and listing presentations

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales

• Valuation/listing experience beneficial

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• High level of professionalism and customer service

• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills

• Knowledge of the Guildford property market advantageous

• Full UK Driving Licence essential

• Ambitious, self-motivated and well-presented
