Job Title: RESIDENTIAL SALES VALUER / LISTER – ESTATE AGENT

Salary: OTE £50k  per annum

We are working on behalf of a reputable and successful independent estate agency in Kentish Town that is looking to recruit a professional Sales Valuer / Lister.

This role requires someone with strong residential sales and valuation experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to convert market appraisals into instructions. The position would suit a confident and driven individual who is keen to take ownership of listing activity and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidates with solid Sales Negotiation experience and a desire to move into a more senior, valuation-focused role will also be considered. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions

• Building strong relationships with potential vendors

• Promoting the company brand with confidence and professionalism

• Increasing the agency’s local market share

• Supporting the sales team to ensure smooth property launches and handovers

• Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity

• Meeting personal and branch performance targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Residential estate agency experience is essential

• Strong valuation and listing track record

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Confident sales and closing ability

• Strong knowledge of the Northwest London property market

• Well-presented, articulate, and professional

• Motivated, target-driven and commercially minded

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
