Job Title: SALES VALUER / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £60,000 per annum

An opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Valuer / Lister to win instructions, build client relationships and support branch performance within a respected independent estate agency covering the Reading area.

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator ready to progress their career. Based within reach of Reading, you will play a key role in securing new instructions and supporting branch success, with flexibility for remote working. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new sales instructions across the Reading area
• Carrying out market appraisals and valuations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the branch in achieving targets and profitability
• Retaining existing clients while generating new business
• Representing the brand professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential sales
• Strong background in listing and instruction winning
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Confident in generating new business opportunities
• Comprehensive understanding of the estate agency sector
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of Reading / Earley preferred
