We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Valuer / Lister to join the thriving team at a well-established, independent estate agency in Alton, Hampshire.

 This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional with listing experience to take the lead in driving instructions and supporting the continued growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating new business and leads

• Conducting market appraisals and property valuations

• Winning high-quality instructions for the sales team

• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients and potential vendors

• Supporting the branch’s growth and performance targets

• Representing the brand professionally and confidently in the local market

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator

• Demonstrated success in property listings and valuations

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Well-presented and professional at all times

• Knowledge of the Alton area is a plus

• Full UK driving licence essential
