What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and motivating a high-performing team
• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Driving growth and market share within your territory
• Ensuring top-tier customer service delivery
• Coaching and developing team members
• Maintaining professional standards and compliance
• Representing the agency across the local community 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven success as a Branch Manager or Senior Sales Manager
• Experience in valuations and instruction winning
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent sales performance and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication and client service abilities
• Knowledge of the Surrey property market is desirable
• Full UK driving licence required
• Self-motivated, polished, and professional approach
