Job Title: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Lettings Agency

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to help manage and expand a portfolio of prime London properties, deliver exceptional client service and achieve strong lettings performance across Kensington and surrounding areas.

Join a respected, independent property agency based in the heart of Kensington. This role offers the opportunity to work with premium landlords and tenants across some of London’s most desirable postcodes, in a supportive and ambitious team environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end lettings properties across South Kensington and surrounding prime areas.
• Handle landlord and tenant negotiations from initial enquiry through to offer, referencing, and move-in.
• Conduct valuations and market appraisals with professionalism and confidence.
• Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with Property Management and Accounts teams to ensure smooth tenancy progression.
• Meet and exceed monthly lettings and revenue targets while upholding compliance and company standards. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings, ideally within prime central London.
• Strong knowledge of South Kensington, Chelsea, Mayfair, and Knightsbridge markets.
• Proven success in achieving and surpassing lettings targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).
• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
