WANTED! A dynamic, engaging and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator

Experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator required for a busy Docklands office. Focus on instructions, viewings, deals and client care while increasing market share and supporting branch performance.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a growing international estate agency in Docklands. This role suits a proactive property professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and delivering high standards of service.

You will play a key role in winning business, securing lets and supporting the continued expansion of the branch. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Generating new lettings instructions and business opportunities
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Progressing lets from offer through to completion
• Supporting market share growth across the Docklands area
• Delivering high levels of customer service at every stage
• Keeping records and CRM systems fully up to date 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive residential lettings experience
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Knowledge of the London lettings market
• High standard of customer service skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Well presented and self-motivated approach
• Reliable, punctual and articulate communicator
• Able to perform under pressure in a busy office
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Professional approach to estate agency work
