An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established, international property company based in Marylebone, Central London.

This Monday to Friday role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, and the chance to work with an expert team in one of London’s most desirable areas.  No car is required for this position.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering prospective tenants and arranging property viewings

• Matching applicants to suitable properties and conducting viewings

• Negotiating tenancy terms and progressing deals to completion

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships with professionalism

• Meeting personal and team performance targets

• Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring legal compliance

 What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in lettings or a sales/customer-facing role (preferred)

• Confident, personable, and articulate communicator

• Strong negotiation and organisational skills

• Presentable and professional with high attention to detail

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• No driving licence or car required – non-driving role
