We are looking for a professional and motivated Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a highly successful Estate Agency Group in the Medway area. This role offers access to a consistent flow of warm leads, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to develop your financial services career within a dynamic and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry qualifications, experience in advising on mortgages and protection, and the drive to work in a target-driven environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Advising clients on mortgage and protection products

• Managing leads generated from the estate agency team

• Providing excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions

• Cross-selling protection and other financial products

• Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor

• Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Current Competent Advisor Status (CAS)

• Proficiency with mortgage-specific software

• Proven sales performance and cross-selling ability

• Professional, articulate, and well-presented

• Strong communication and rapport-building skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Full UK driving licence
