Our client, a highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in their busy Iver office.

Our client, a thriving and well-regarded Estate & Lettings Agency with a strong market presence in the Iver area, is seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in residential sales, proven ability in valuations and winning new instructions, and bring energy, enthusiasm, and excellent local knowledge to the role.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Carrying out valuations and converting them into new instructions
• Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion
• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and the local community
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to overall branch performance

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales is essential
• Proven track record in conducting valuations and securing new instructions
• Consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Smart, professional, and articulate with strong local knowledge
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach
